Overview

In this ocean Mermaid Swimming Lesson, you will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform into a mermaid and explore the beautiful, underwater world of Maui's most scenic coastline! A professional mermaid instructor will give you a private, one-on-one swimming lesson in a mermaid tail of your choice, as well as teach you tips & tricks to help you improve your mermaid technique. All lessons take place in the calm, shallow, and protected waters of Makena Bay in South Maui. This cove offers extraordinary coastal views of Haleakala, Molokini, Pu'u O'lai, and the neighboring islands!

All tours include a FREE underwater digital photo package!

AVAILABLE TAIL & MONOFIN SIZES:

Child tail sizes: 6, 8, and 10.
Adult tail sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL

Child monofin sizes 1-4 (Jr 9 -13 with provided neoprene socks).
Adult monofin sizes: Men’s US 6 – 11.5 / Women’s: US 4.5 - 10.

Must be ages 6+. *(Note it says 'Adult' while choosing number of participants. This includes ages 6-99).

My 6 year old and I had an amazing experience being mermaids and that was because our mermaid instructor Aqua was so amazing! She was so kind, patient, informative and made us feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this experience.

We had the most incredible experience with Aqua! I would add even more stars to this review if I could. Due to the surf conditions, we had to cancel our original booking, but Aqua truly went out of her way to re-book us and was a phenomenal communicator throughout the week, letting us know the conditions and working her hardest to make this experience happen for us. The mermaid session was beyond my wildest dreams! Aqua was so warm and encouraging, and made us feel so confident and beautiful as she took our photos. She took great care to make sure we had all of the angles and poses we wanted, and made us feel like genuine mermaids. It was so much fun paddleboarding out to our swimming spot, and when we got there we saw a huge sea turtle swim right up to greet us. It was so magical to really feel like a mermaid out in the sea!! And the photos turned out sooo beautifully. I would do this again in a heartbeat. Thank you SO MUCH, Aqua, for making this such a truly incredible experience!!

Talk about a dream come true! Aqua was absolutely amazing from the beginning through until the end - she was communicative, kind, enthusiastic, and worked with us as we had to reschedule due to high surf. I felt like I BECAME a mermaid! She was so instructive and is the best hype merwoman ever. I had an absolutely blast and felt safe and informed every step of the way. And I adore the pictures. It was a once in a lifetime experience, very special and COMPLETELY worth it.
