Overview

In this ocean Mermaid Swimming Lesson, you will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform into a mermaid and explore the beautiful, underwater world of Maui's most scenic coastline! A professional mermaid instructor will give you a private, one-on-one swimming lesson in a mermaid tail of your choice, as well as teach you tips & tricks to help you improve your mermaid technique. All lessons take place in the calm, shallow, and protected waters of Makena Bay in South Maui. This cove offers extraordinary coastal views of Haleakala, Molokini, Pu'u O'lai, and the neighboring islands!

All tours include a FREE underwater digital photo package!

AVAILABLE TAIL & MONOFIN SIZES:

Child tail sizes: 6, 8, and 10.
Adult tail sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL

Child monofin sizes 1-4 (Jr 9 -13 with provided neoprene socks).
Adult monofin sizes: Men’s US 6 – 11.5 / Women’s: US 4.5 - 10.

Must be ages 6+. *(Note it says 'Adult' while choosing number of participants. This includes ages 6-99).

The entire thing was amazing! Aqua is such a sweetheart and made me feel like a true Atlantian mermaid Queen. I felt so safe and held throughout the entire experience. She made sure to take the most magical pictures and video. It has been a dream of mine since I was little to be a mermaid and today I actually got to remember that I am one! Thanks to aqua!! The entire experience was healing and filled with joy. It was so easy and she guided me through everything. Such a sweet heart!! Such a magical expereince!! I felt one with the sea

This is an INCREDIBLE and once in a lifetime experience!!!! This is a new company on Maui and I could not have been more impressed by their professionalism. I did a merman beach “fantasea” photoshoot and was transformed from a human into a merman. I got to pick my tail and merman accessories and the location was BEAUTIFUL. Gorgeous views of the water and neighboring islands. I also booked a mermaid swimming lesson and got to experience swimming in the water in my tail, which is an experience I will never forget. I felt free, safe, and like a real merman! They also do an incredible underwater photo package with edited photos! I HIGHLY reccomend this experience to any mermaid or merman looking to make their dreams come true!!

Aqua sets up such a flexible environment to answer whatever you're looking for in a mermaid experience. She is conscious about weather, visibility, and location. After beach photos she takes you out on a SUP and lets you swim with the mono-fin. It's not easiest at first but Aqua is a fantastic instructor and she helped us catch on quick! We were pros by the end. Looking to let loose your inner child and go full fantasy mermaid? Just want to glam up and get those top-notch instagram shots? Maybe you care less about the looks and you're just excited to try a mono-fin in the water (which by the way is just serene). For our group of 20-somethings it was an insanely fun time with a LOT of laughs - hyping up my friends while looking amaaaazing (thanks to the ample options of tails and accessories Aqua provides). Casual/funny or serious/spiritual... however you want this experience to be - Aqua makes it happen. Lifeguard, photographer, stylist, hype-woman, marine biologist.... Aqua's tour is far superior to the others offered on Maui, you won't regret it!!
