not anticipated to open until July of 2022.

Mesa Verde was the worlds first archaeological National Park and one of the first UNESCO designations in the U.S. The sites and ruins are greatly enhanced by a tour guides passion and knowledge of the area including flora and fauna, geology, native peoples and its historical archaeological record. There is a story and mystery at Mesa Verde that can't be obtained through sight seeing alone.

This was a 10 passenger van. Kristen, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the archeology and history of the people native to this area. She explained the development of the kivas and guided us to the sites with an ongoing narrative. We participated in the ranger led tour of Cliff Palace, which in not for those with a fear of height or precarious balance. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it!

Neil was wonderful! Lots of knowledge and very well spoken. Great snacks and plenty of chilled water. He took some photographs of us that we will be adding to our album. This was a great tour and if you’re considering this tour I highly recommend it

Thoroughly enjoyed our guide, Neil! He was courteous, timely and knowledgeable. Excellent driver whose instructions regarding all aspects of the tour were clear and concise. His enthusiasm regarding the history of Mesa Verde was contagious. We have yet to be disappointed in a Viator tour.
