Instructors were really friendly. They explained everything very well for being our first time. We had a great time! Really enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely recommend!

We were in Miami for a bit and this company had some of the best Google reviews we could find, so we chose them over the competition. Upon arrival they gave us a call and we met them by the marina — the representative airdropped us a waiver form and we filled it out on our phones. The waiver required a photo of our ID, but you were able to upload it from your camera roll, so you didn’t actually need it on hand. The waiver website was EXTREMELY laggy, so it took some time to fill, but after that we were all set. Expect to sign away any sort of rights to sue if you encounter any loss or harm. Then we were ushered to a small boat which took us to another small boat that was acting as a platform in the bay. We switched boats and were given life vests and a container to leave our belongings in. They showed us onto our jet skis and showed us where we were permitted to ride — and that was it. An hour of speeding through the bay. The water was pretty calm, fairly clean and didn’t smell off. The jet ski itself was well-balanced, fast, and in good condition. After our time was up, they called us back to the platform boat and we transferred into the other one to take us back to the marina. They gave us some cold water and we were on our way. Very friendly staff and absolutely zero complaints. The only thing I would improve is the waiver process — I think that should be texted or emailed before arrival, and ideally use a provider that has a smoother website.

The jet ski ride was so fun. Initially I was nervous but it was a BLAST! Riding as a passenger is much scarier than driving yourself. You are riding on the gulf side and taken out by boat so prepare to arrive on time
