Be careful, they are thieves, they make you fill out your information from their website before booking and charging the gas of 80 usd to hold your card details, they falsified my husband's signature and they charged us 280 usd for propeller damages. When we had finished the trip they said everything was fine and then they made the charge.
We took an officer and he told us that they are already in sight, Iām demanding them until I will recover my money.

Ok let me start first with everybody goes through the same process as you, when you buy a Groupon you have to place the reservation for the boat online on our website or on the phone with us, you have to pay for the gas fee upfront is a flat rate for gas so we don't have to charge you at the end for gas you will know this before putting your credit card info on the website or giving it to us. When you make the reservation online you are offered a Propeller Protection so you don't pay the $280 in case of damages to propeller, which you didn't get then after that when you are at the boat we offer you again the chance to add the propeller protection and you are reminded of the $280 in case of damages again, which you also declined and signed a Check out form with a picture of the propeller as it was before leaving. The credit card information stays on file for any damages that arise during your rental (that is also everywhere in our website, also you can call and ask), so we can fix the boat and charge it on your card in case you don't have any kind of protection, it works like that in any place in the world where you go to rent a private property ex: cars, hotels, boats, etc. We are not in the business of charging for propeller insurance or anything else that comes damaged on the boat for excess wear and tear, but we needed to get a new propeller after you used it, of course we cannot afford that with our low prices set aside the fact that you got a great promotion.
I don't even like the fact that you threatened me personally and my business many times on the phone when we were talking like normal people then you reacted, also the insults and the calumny against us.
Advice for the future, if you don't like to pay for the things you damage then don't rent anything or pay for the protections offered. Good Luck I hope you find another boat rental for the future.
