Not happy. We got a Groupon as a gift. We booked for father’s day and they called us the day before to let us know the boat was broken and they did not have another boat available that day. We re-booked and the day of the trip 20 minutes into the ride the boat broke down... We had to go back to get another (smaller boat). Boat a little old and not very clean. Gas was not included. Captain was very good.

Maria Paula, these things can happen anytime to anyone, boats are machines, and in some cases when customers drive themselves they may cause damages to the boats without us even noticing, as I promised you I gave you the bigger boat, but unfortunately it was acting up because of this. Then we put you back on the 16 Ft boat which is the original boat you booked, we never downgraded you so don't make it look like it. We did apologize, many times, because is not something we like to happen, trust me we only make money when the boat is on the water with customers, not with the mechanic outside the water. So, don't tell the story at your convenience, maybe it would have been better to cancel your trip and refund your money? I'm guessing that would've actually been better. Gas was not and will not be included in a Groupon Promotion, (in our prices directly with us is included) we told you that from the beginning, and says it everywhere, Groupon, our website, etc. same thing with the captain fee, but you still wanted it to go your way, and not pay the captain either. I really wish sometimes we have a way to rate customers, trust me you would probably not get 1 star from me. I hope you find someone else to do business with for your boat needs.

This is the best activity to do in Miami where you have your privacy, aren’t spending loads of money (it is super affordable compared to same activity offered by different company), you can listen to your own music, go where ever you’d like to go (within the limits of course, but is a great wide area) and can take some GREAT vacation pictures and videos! Btw Karlo is the best! Very professional, gave very clear instructions and was so incredibly nice to my family and myself. I will always purchase this activity whenever I am in Miami again and I will always recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for making our family vacation memorable. :) On a side note - it only takes common sense to grasp the concept of taking care and responsibility of someone else’s property when you borrow it which is essentially what you are doing here. Not hard. Follow directions. I did, however, take pictures in the beginning before getting on the boat and we made sure we cleaned up after.
