This business is absolutely terrible. I booked a 9:30 reservation and we clearly had an extremely inexperienced captain, Jimmy Corrales. He couldnāt even get the Bluetooth working on the boat, and when we asked why we couldnāt just take another boat (there were plenty available), he just said āoh they are all docked alreadyā. To make matters worse, he watched a video to try to fix the Bluetooth (which he never got around to fixing), all while taking videos on his phone of the view. At this point, my girlfriend and I were thinking this was his first boat ride ever. To make matters worse, when we left the canal, he decided to kick the boat into high gear over choppy waters. This resulted in us getting soaking wet and the motor then malfunctioned. We were stuck on the water for some time, and somehow made it to a nearby dock where we demanded that we get off. A full refund is pending and we will likely sue if appropriate reparations are not made. $150 for 2 people and a $60 captain fee (not including expected gratuity) for a 1 hour boat ride without basic Bluetooth capability that left us stranded in the water and forced to take a lyft from midtown Miami back to our hotel in Miami Beachā¦absurd. Do not ever book with them.
