Everything was good on time and very informative. The boat cruise at the Biscayne bay was beautiful, weather was perfect except the tour guide speaks so fast English/Spanish you can hardly understand what she was saying. Everglades, this tour was really great 👍 they are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their job. Very educational. All of the drivers are very cool 😎. Overall a great experience! PS: take it easy on asking for Tips

The city bus tour was disappointing. The tour guide told us very little about the sights. A large portion of the trip was spend with him pushing us to buy things in little Havana. And he was very demanding and pushy about tips at the end. The Everglades airboat ride was very short and uninformative. Our tour guide there was not enthusiastic at all.

They would of got 5* but after the boat ride we rushed to get the bus to the Everglades., only for it not to be there. We had to phone to be told the bus was broken and we would have to wait another half a hour which ended up been 45 mins. It would of been good on the company to tell us not the customer having to call. Otherwise very good
