This tour was amazing and fantastic!!
Our bus tour guide Al (Alfred) was absolutely amazing! Our boat tour guide Luis was amazing and very knowledgeable. The food at lunch stop was delicious, and the Everglades tour was wonderful. Overall this package was amazing for the price, I highly recommend!

Sight seeing with Alfredo EXCELLENT, he's hilarious, enforced lunch break at recommended restaurant Bayside! Long walk to boat for gawking at rich and famous! All viewing on starboard side right hand side so seat yourself there! Hour drive to Everglades bus half hour late airboat ride fun had Capain Rocky saw some gators, all look the same didn't watch show long day for elderly mother would highly recommend trip BUT REMEMBER THEY ALL WANT A TIP

FANTASTIC! I cannot rate this tour highly enough and it is most definitely value for money. Although our hotel was not listed as a pickup, after a short e-mail as explained in the correspondence once booked it was easy to arrange pick up. The tour bus arrived exactly on time and we got excellent seats which allowed us to experience a prime time view of little havanna/miami bayside/south beach/coral gables etc. The tour guide was extremely informative and funny which was welcomed.
On completion we were taken back to bayside for lunch. The tour operator had arranged a restaurant and it meant that we were served quickly and allowed the trip to stay on schedule. The food and drink whilst not necessarily somewhere we would have picked was nice and did the job.
We were then taken to board the Biscayne Bay Cruise, where once again the guide was informative and it was interesting to see all the expensive mansions owned by more celebrities than I can remember.
The final stage of the tour was a coach ride approx 45 mins to the Everglades, which was without doubt the highlight of the tour for me. I won't go into too much detail as I don't want to spoil the experience but it was 5. My final recommendation is simple - go on the tour I defy anyone not to enjoy it!
