Take a sightseeing open top double decker tour through the city and explore beautiful South Beach, the historic Art Deco District and downtown Miami. The tour is schedule by doing the Bus Tour, Boat Tour, and then Everglades Tour. Depending on weather, we will change it to Everglades first, then bus tour, and then boat tour.

The trip was horrible, we had two buses to break down on us, we missed lunch, were hungry ALL DAY! We tried out best to make the best of the situation. It started off ok, we went a few places, after we left little Havana, our bus broke down on us. We spent an hour waiting for another bus. After the buss finally came, we drove two blocks and the second bus broke down on us. They sent a third bus after 45ish minutes. We were promised some lunch when we got to the pier; only to be told our next tour was at 12:30 and we were late, and if we didn’t get on this tour, there would be no promises that we will even get on the next one. So we weren’t able to get food then, we’ll next thing we knew it was 2pm, and we were just getting off the boat and it was time for our next tour, which meant NO TIME TO EAT! So needless to say, WE WENT ALL DAY WITHOUT EATING. I would like to know if there will be any reimbursement due to this inconvenience we were caused yesterday.

Boarding the bus process at the Miami Beach location was very chaotic but the experience thereafter was excellent. All the three guides were very helpful and knowledgeable

I liked it a lot, it was very nice.But the boat ride was over booked way too many people on the boat.
