The Bus tour guide gave some fun fact’s of the city. The coffee in little Havana was awesome. The boat ride was great. The airboats was both a fun first experience and a little disappointing because there was to many passengers on the boat for the driver to get it running as expected

The transitions between activities is a problem. Not given tickets each time between activities had to call and find the next activity contact on our own to get ticket to the boat tour brim the bus tour. We were tagged for three activities. We missed the connection for the last activity due to no one on the mansion boat tour had info about who and where we go to get to the Everglades boat connection trip. Each time there was a transition to next activity the ball was dropped. Should be given visuals and contacts ahead of time.

Overall great tour for the value! You should know when you’re booking, that for the price, there will be slightly larger groups and shorter visit times per location. You’re not paying for a private tour…., so having said that, great your guides! Very friendly and timely! We was three areas of Florida that we otherwise would have not seen. Bus tour was nice- great way to get the lay of the land. Homes tour/boat ride was also nice. Again, not private, so you will be with a larger group- boat was full. The only disappointing part was the Everglades. Air boat ride was 25 minutes at most, and since we did it at 2pm, we saw absolutely no wildlife… zero. If you’re booking this just for the Everglades, maybe book a different tour? We did get to see gators at the actual recreational area, so it wasn’t a total bust! Anyway, great service, friendly people, and all-around fun day! A/C was broke on the bud ride home…. :(
