Do not spend your money on this experience. The guide of the first tour seemed bored and didn’t give much information. The boat ride is the reason why it got two stars instead of one. That was ok. The boat in Everglades was also good, but the rest of the park was terrible.

We were not impressed by this experience. The guide on the bus seemed tired of his work and didn’t provide the group with proper information about the meeting points and his guiding through Little Havana was not according to the description online and given to us at headquarters in the morning. He seemed mostly concerned in getting us in to the shops he had a deal with and due to the lack of information we could not wander around and focus on the things we found the most interesting. In stead we ended up waiting on the pavement and feeling awkward if we wanted to look more at things we liked. At the end of the bus tour he followed us to a restaurant, but forgot to say anything about where we would find the boat for the next part of our tour. The tour around Biscayne Bay had a guide who was a bit more professional and informative so we got a bit more out of this part. At the Everglades the boat ride was good and the guide gave us a nice ride even though we didn’t see any alligators. We left the alligator show because the guide didn’t have a microphone and it was difficult to hear a word of what he said. The cages they kept the animals in didn’t seem right.
