We really enjoyed the boat ride. The tour guide was out standing. The stop between the bus tour and bus tour was uncomfortable. The guide took us to a restaurant asked us to have a seat and we would get the tickets for the the boat ride. Than the server came to take out order There was nothing on the menu that I wanted to eat. We stood outside and waited in the tickets it took an half hour of our lunch. I wasn’t pleased because they informed us it was or only chance to eat all day. Make sure you take cash the tour guys ask for tips. The thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the bus that took us to the Everglades had signs posted that a minimum tip of 5 dollars per person was required. This was a trip where he pointed out 2 things in a 45 minute drive. His push for tips turned me off of this tour company. My daughter just move here, next visit we will be using another tour service.

We really enjoyed the double decker bus and boat tours! The tour guides were entertaining and informative. We had one snag, though. Somehow, the bus to take us to the Everglades tour left us. We went straight from the boat to where we were supposed to catch the bus to the Everglades. According to the people around us, the bus had already left by the time we got there. We can’t understand how this happened, but they made it right by allowing us to reschedule just that portion of the tour. It isn’t a huge inconvenience, but they need better communication so that others don’t get left in the future.

Got see the whole Miami Beach and saw Cuban town Havana which was my husband and were planning to go see. But save us from driving there. I highly recommend this tour those who have not taken. It's worth to pay for it. The tour people were awesome 👌 👏. Thank you, thank so much!..May God Blessed each of you 🙏. Much alofas ❤.
