I have no idea where there are negative reviews for this combo. I didn’t give it five stars because it is possible to get left if you are not at the pick exactly on time. The bus tour was very informative. Yes they guide you to the cigar shop and to a particular shop to get drinks but you don't have to go. After the bus tour they walk you to a particular restaurant to eat then you go straight down the stairs for the mansion boat cruise tour which was excellent. the guide tells who leaves there and plays the song, etc. only down side you have to rush off boat to meet bus to take you to Everglades for airboat ride. A lot for the price and fills your day with variety. My husband can sight see and not worry about driving!

I really enjoyed the 3 tours: city sightseeing, Biscayne bay cruise, and Everglades airboat ride. We got a chance to stop by little Havana and Miami beach, which you can't miss when you're in Miami! Then we had lunch at the Bayside Market which is a shopping strip with many restaurants and local vendors selling fruits and souvenir items. Behind the restaurant awaits the cruise ship which took us to the Biscayne bay to view the celebrity millionaire's homes. On our way back, we hopped on the bus to the Everglades to see the crocodiles. Unfortunately, no crocodiles to be seen but the airboat ride was still pretty cool. I definitely love the experience. It was 3 tours in one package which can be done in one day. I'm glad the tour company operate on Sundays because that's the only day I am free. I feel that I definitely got a great value and I would recommend this tour to anyone! Tipped the host well :)

They were so unorganized when we got off the second tour they were late and all of us missed the bus so we didn’t get to the third tour. Plus I asked the tour guy on the boat to stand forward because we’re on the other end of the boat in the motor is so loud I could hear one word of what he was saying so I was just sitting on the boat and looking and not learning anything. So frustrating that the boat drove off at 2:03 and we got there at 2:03 and saw the bus driving away and the next bus I came a half hour later was Stopped
