The tour itself was excellent and worth the trip. Our only complaints were the extremely rude girl at check in counter and not having lunch until 3:30 in afternoon.

I would have given 5 stars but it was not in the description that we would be going to a roadside reptile zoo to do an airboat tour. They claim to be a rescue center but they are breeding alligators and using the babies as a tourist attraction. It was heartbreaking to watch them tape the babies up and hold them out for 50 people to touch and kids to grab at. This should have been made clear. I honestly feel horrible that I contributed to the degradation of new life! I am not a crazy PETA person and I support true rescues. I even eat alligator meat BUT I do not support breeding alligators in captivity just to make some extra cash. That being said.... the double decker and boat tours were fantastic and would recommend.

I have to say bus ride and cruise was awesome, really worth it. The guides are fun and entertaining and very knowledgeable about Miami. Airboat ride was okay not my favorite. I had better airboat ride experience before. I would say airboat is a good experience if you never rode one. Plus with my luck I didn't see any gator or snakes. It was just an airboat ride.
