The trip covered most of South Miami. It was very exciting and knowledgable experience. It was fun, especially the rides.

1. Long line at the agency to get bus tickets even though we had Viator vouchers 2. It was the same line for everyone else from many other online tour agencies and tourists with no reservation at all. As a result we almost missed our bus. We came 40 min before scheduled departure and it took 35 min to get the boarding pass 3. Everglades tour was worthless. Waist of time. It is greatly overrated. 4. On the way back A/C on the upper closed deck was not working making the trip almost unbearable. It was very hot. 5. When we got back, we were told that there are no more sits on the next city tour bus and we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get on the next bus. 6. That tour almost made it to the boat tour ( ended 5 min before boat departure). The boat was already almost full. There were no sits outside at all. Some of the members of our bus tour were not allowed on the boat because they ran out of space. 7. There were very little explanation about the sites and history while taking city bus tour. Instead, there were lots of jokes, stops in souvenir shops, bars and suggestions to give tips. 8. Conclusion: Not worth the time and money. Definitely would not recommend to take. Cheap and not reliable tour providers. No knowledge about Miami. Not professional tour guides. Tour operators are overselling sits on their tours. No solid reservation and terrible connection coordination between multiple tours. The same information was repeated multiple times over and over again. The same jokes and constant solicitation for tips.

Biscayne Bay Cruise was the highlight. The entire tour was definitely worth the inexpensive cost and much more!!! Rated 5 stars, at a minimum. The drivers and tour guides were awesome!!!
