The boat tour was good. The buses were filthy. The Everglades airboat ride was good but really short. The bus driver said you have to give him $5 minimum tip per person and literally stood there with the bucket not letting you past until you do. I was giving tips but not my kid! After the first bus ride they make you walk a distance to a restaurant ‘to sit down and wait for your boat tickets’ they tell you that you have to buy food there, obviously they get some sort of commission. They were just wasting our time as we only had 40 minutes to go get lunch and wanted to go to Bubba gump next door. Obviously it’s not enjoyable being squeezed for every last $ you have when you just want to enjoy the tours.

Tour City Sightseeing was horrible. We haven’t see anything interesting, just homeless, very creepy city, tobacco’s store and gift shop.

The tours were good. We really liked the airboat ride. The city tour provided a nice overview of Miami. The bay boat tour was nice but the boat was so crowded so we had to stay inside. The wait times between tours were too long and it took them a very long time to pick us up after the last tour making it for a very long day. Don’t count on any restrooms along the way except at the airboat spot. Also, the bus drivers, boat drivers and guides pestered us for tips and some were out of line/relentless to some of the guests- tip shaming them.
