The tour is schedule by doing the Bus Tour, Boat Tour, and then Everglsdes Tour. Depending on weather, we will change it to Everglsdes first, then bus tour, and then boat tour.

they did not follow up on the trip & left myself & my family stranded No everglades part of trip they left 20 of us waiting by bayside for hours & never showed up

We were very disappointed. First of all there were 250 people waiting to board buses. Mass confusion! Then on the way to the Everglades we had to drop 5 people at a mall along the way. Everglades went well and smooth we enjoyed. The to the pier for the boat ride to see millionaires houses, thunder was ok. The showed us where to get the boat and said we had 45 minutes to shop eat etc. when we go back there was a line but the boat we were showed was not there. People didn’t no where to line up. No representative around. Finall about 10 minutes prior to departure someone showed up. There was so many people. Finally took off and you would have thought it was a booze cruise! Very loud music and partying going on. Very disappointed !! Basicly a lot of down time! Oh and constantly asking or reminding to TIP!!!! It was a bit much!

The value for the cost was exceptional. We paid $68/person for a full 9 hrs of touring via city bus, boat on Biscayne Bay and airboat in the Everglades with an alligator presentation. The entire day was led by knowledgeable guides.
