This experience was well worth the cost. Since we purchased the Combo Package, we got it all -city tour, boat tour, the Everglades. It was very crowded with seat filled for each experience. The entire day was well planned even though we had to wait 45 minutes for bus to go to the Everglades. There is not much time for lunch but the restaurant MDD suggested at Nay Market was efficient, well staffed, and very good. The boat tour was our least favorite. It was too crowded to see the sights and the narration could not be heard due to the roar of the boat engine. However, it was good to get out on the water on a beautiful Spring day. Prepare to wait in line on Lincoln St. to get your “sticker.”

Started out bad. The didn’t check us in correct, so we had to go back in and missed the bus we were scheduled on, despite being 45 minutes early. Ok, next bus. This gave us exactly 20 minutes for the “lunch” that’s advertised as being enough time to have. So we skip it. Onto the boat. That is basically a tour of celebrities houses, but oh wait, they don’t live there anymore. Shakira used to live there. Ricky Martin used to live there. Who cares? So we get back in plenty of time for the Everglades tour (we wait for this bus for 45 minutes past it’s scheduled time)Try to get on that bus, the tour guide shuts the door in our face and says “no room, get in next bus” so there are several of us standing around like now what? So we call the company. They tell us another bus will be there in 45 more minutes and we’ve now missed the Everglades tour, so we’ll have to reschedule it when we get back to the starting point. This was the most disorganized tour company I have ever encountered. Oh. And the bus has air conditioning……but it’s broken
