We have enjoyed Big Bus Tours in other cities, but Big Bus in Miami was such a disappointment! The company seemed like it had many employees who didn’t know what they were doing or what they were supposed to do. The buses were poorly marked and sitting around empty with drivers and employees who didn’t know where they were going or when they were supposed to go. We wasted so much of our day with big groups of people standing around waiting within sight of groups of employees that didn’t know anything to help and truly didn’t even want to help. I’m thankful I only paid Groupon prices, but still felt ripped off. I will read reviews more carefully from now on. The Havana loop was a complete waste of time. It seemed like Big Bus had no interest in historical or architectural landmarks. We drove past many old buildings and obvious landmarks, but Big Bus didn’t even mention them on the Havana tour and the Beach tour

When booking we were not told how long the journey would be. It took 1.5 hours by bus to reach the Everglades as we had to do a pick up in Downtown Miami. Our guide ‘ensured’ we knew where the refreshments and gift shop were located before only having 30 minute trip riding the rivers. Our guide was entertaining but we felt everyone was out to pick up tips. A long journey and disappointing excursion. Don’t be sucked in to buying mosquito repelent. It’s very expensive.

The tour was ok, (unlike the pictures show) lot's of people on the boat not as cosy as you'd think. THe guide was nice, did see a couple of gators but nothing more. The gator show wasn't bad but nothing too fancy.
