I actually really liked our tour guide once we started but I can write this honestly now that I know we were his very last tour. First of all, my friend and I were panicking because we were told to look for a guide holding a lantern and he was nowhere to be found. He was late and not at all obvious. We spent 20 min walking around the meeting area looking for him and I called the office number multiple times but there was no response. Finally we found him and it was actually a very enjoyable tour, but we did not get what we paid for. I paid for the extended tour but there were no extra locations as far as I can tell and I did not get the rented EMF activity detector (silly I know, but my friend really gets into it). Of course I doubt I will get a refund (will change rating if I do) and it's not like it cost all that much, but I feel that future attendees should be aware and definitely don't spend more on extra "perks".
