I tried several times to get a hold of this company because my flight was canceled and we were unable to make it to Miami. I have anted to know about a refund or at least a credit for the next time we are in the city. I heard nothing back. Someone called me around the time of our reservation and then rudely hung up on me when I started to explain my situation. I still have not heard back from the company in regards to a credit , they only keep sending me info on how to rate my experience.

I believe you are talking about VIATOR and not our company.
You texted us on Thursday and informed us about your flight situation and we informed you that cancelations or refunds have to be done directly with VIATOR because since you didnāt ride with us, we didnāt get paid and we canāt provide the refund,
Iām sorry you had this bad experience with them and messages you received are automated since they thought you rode with us.
Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority so we would like to give you that credit for whenever you are in Miami so you can experience a great time on the water with us.
