The Panoramic open top bus tour is not Hop-on , Hop-off. The tour takes approximately 90 minutes
It is recommended guests begin with the Everglades Tour, Cruise, and finish with the Bus tour (optional).

We booked a tour including a everglades tour and boat tour but found out they over booked this when we arrived and were only given the option to go on the bus tour

The tour that I paid for included 3 tours for $190. for my husband and myself. The only tour that took place was the Everglades Adventure. We never boarded a sightseeing boat to admire the Miami coastline and cityscape from the water AND never ended our day with a scenic bus tour through the city to take in the highlights like MacArthur Causeway and the Island of Miami Beach. I would like to speak with someone to receive a refund. Can someone please reach out and rectify this situation? I tried speaking to your employees about it, but 3 different employees walked away and wouldn't acknowledge that we were trying to resolve this issue.
