I booked a 10am cruise to allow plenty of time to get to the airport. Viator's confirmation email said to arrive at 9:15 to check in. Upon arriving at 9:15am, we found out the first cruise didn't depart until 10:30. The cruise itself was entertaining and the Miami skyline was gorgeous; however, this was a ton of wasted time considering we didn't leave until 10:35.
