Better sound system. Music was to loud. The guide was funny and worked hard with the speaker was on then off. I’d give 5 stars for the staff and 2 for the microphone and speaker

We really enjoyed our boat tour of the Miami skyline and fancy homes! I forget the name of our guide but he was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He kept us all interested and laughing. The boat is clean and the drinks are strong! Couple tips: 1. Get to the boat as early as the pre instructions say on your ticket. I felt like it was pretty hard to figure out where to go based on their instructions and also I still can’t figure out the name of the company we did the tour through but know I picked the right place to review because I booked through TripAdvisor so I could see my booking. I think clearly posting the tour company name on the tickets as well as at the location would tremendously help. 2. Another reason to be early, is choice of seat. People to get on last had to stand. Even when my boyfriend went to get us drinks, people were haggling me for his seat. 3. The drink line gets long but you can’t get a drink until the boat sets out for sail. I would say wait until the middle of the tour to get a drink. If not, already have someone wait in line even before the boat undocks. You can get multiple beers at one time but not mixed drinks.
