We visited Atlanta as the first step on our honeymoon earlier this month and decided to book this food tour. It was excellent! John was very knowledgeable about the Midtown area (he clearly dines out frequently!) and engaged the whole group. We had a variety of food (and plenty of it), all of which was excellent. We also felt that the tour gave us a really flavour for the Midtown area (no pun intended!) and helped us get our bearings. I would 100% recommend this tour.

Ha! Lindsay, I love your quote, "he clearly dines out frequently!" That brought a big smile from my sweet Jeri and a big laugh out of me! We affectionately refer to all our dining out (we do have 60+ choices within walking distance!) as "research". Yep! A lot of research required in this job! I love my Midtown Atlanta neighborhood and to show it off to folks from the UK...and honeymooners!...was a real treat, indeed! I rarely ask my guests which "taste" was their favorite but I'm guessing that for you two the "World's Best Burger" was a big hit! When you holiday in the States next time, give me some warning and I'll send some suggestions that will put Atlanta back on your "Must Do" list. My best to you both! John

"Tour" doesn't really describe the well planned and thought through experience that John has developed. This is a wonderful, fabulous JOURNEY that even leaves you with a bag of goodies to reminisce with the next day. John really leads you through an experiential journey through Midtown that is so well orchestrated that you don't even realize that four hours has flown by. As a company event for a large group, it was so nice to be able to have time at each location to visit with different people and not feel rushed. John shares his knowledge of food and helps you fall in love with all that Midtown has to offer with restaurants, history, stories, experiences, shopping, etc. After our "journey", the follow-through of pictures and notes on the tour really helps you immerse yourself in the experience even more as you don't have to worry to stop and take pictures or notes. Having been on a food tour in San Francisco recently that was also excellent, I have to say that John & Jeri have produced a food journey that is a cut above. I can't wait to return to Midtown and another "journey" with John & Sweet Jeri!

D. - Ah-h-h-h.... Always nice when my sweet Jeri gets a shout-out! To manage your team building event I had to call on Jeri to secure tables at the first two restaurants...before we got there. All went extremely well and, considering the number of stories I tell about sweet Jeri, I know it was fun for your group to actually meet her. She's the best!! (Also my CFO and major investor!!) The best part for me?? Watching as the folks in your new company had an opportunity to just chat, whether they were walking...or sitting...or waiting. Lots of great little conversations! Lots of grins! And I even heard folks laughing out loud! Kudos to Ms. A. for putting this event together!! Thanks for the spot-on review! Don't be a stranger to my neighborhood, particularly now that you know where to park...free!! My best to you and your team!! John

The tour was amazing, much more than expected. The tour guide is great and very knowledgeable, expect to come out the tour with much more than great food. A great deal of effort was made to combine thr food with history and arquitecture, wich makes it a richer experience. Excellent food selection, each one of the treats selected are not only tasteful, but it comes together with a history behind it all. So worth it, looking forward to doing the tour again.

Hi Anna! Thanks for the great review! When folks from Puerto Rico sign up for my Tour...I take a big "Sigh!"...and wonder how I can compete with your cultural treats! Well....I have my own cultural treats.... and once I introduce the "World's Best Burger", ....OK...we are off on the adventure!! Here's hoping that your birthday weekend (Please pardon the God-Awful singing!) was a hit and you will come back to Atlanta soon. A family outing? Let's do that! My best! John
