My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with John and it was a unique experience. We have lived in the Atlanta area for over 30 years and this opened our eyes to new places to dine when visiting downtown. A great variety of food, drink and desserts. We also learned some interesting history about Atlanta. John is fun and a real people person. He's the kind of guy you want to hang with after the tour. I recommend this for people living in the Atlanta area and those just visiting. Thanks John!

M. - I still smile when I think about the group that was on that Tour....you and C. celebrating 25 years of marriage, a Mom with her son that were checking out Georgia Tech, and a lovely young couple that were on their first date! Yep! First date! I gotta think that there aren't many couples picking a Food Tour for that memorable outing!! Thanks for the review! You and I actually did hang out for a bit of the Tour, just the two of us chatting while we strolled down Peachtree Street. We will have to do that again....and soon! We'll get the four of us together but this time I'll ask my sweet Jeri to tell stories...and she's got a bunch! Just give me a buzz! My best to you both!

I agree whole heartedly with all the other reviews. We had a wonderful time with John. Best time to take this tour is on your first day so that you have plenty of time to go back and explore everything further. We have been to Atlanta numerous times but taking this tour really helps bring you up to speed much faster. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back soon! One other tip John told us about was about using Uber. Great suggestion. We had never used it before but it really helped us out that day in the rain. Great way to get back to hotel! I highly recommend this tour.

Wow! Bellaoso, you are my 100th review! It popped up on my phone while having breakfast with friends at Hi Five (no Coke and peanuts!!) and we all stood up, high-fived everyone, and then I did my happy dance. Thank You!! Yep! The rain just wouldn't seem to leave us alone but you two were troopers! Then, loaded up with sweet treats, Uber came to the rescue! Here's hoping that you were rain free for your big evening adventure! When you return to Atlanta, be sure to give me a buzz! Lots of new restaurants! So little time!

I was in town for a two week business trip. My husband and I have gone on a handful of food tours. Excellent food is expected. What made this tour tops was John's attention to detail. He called me the day I booked my trip, followed up the day prior, making sure I knew which Marta stop to get off and this morning I received a personalized thank you e-mail. Food was excellent, the Mississippi mule is my new favorite summer drink and pastries to enjoy at breakfast this morning was icing on the cake.

B. - Thanks for the "sweet" review, especially when it ends with "icing on the cake"! The "surprise" take-away is just fun, fun, fun! And mighty tasty "later"....which is a whole other issue. When exactly is "later"? TA Readers - Please note! The above Ms. B. called me a couple of days prior to the Tour and said, "Looks like bad weather on Saturday. Can I switch to Sunday?" ....Me???.... "Sure!'' (Only try this if you are a solo purchaser.) All is well that ends well!! My best! !!!!! John
