My girlfriend and I had never been on a food tour and decided to try one to celebrate both our birthdays. What a great decision! John is an excellent tour guide and will keep you thoroughly entertained and engaged with his excellent knowledge of Midtown, not to mention his great food and drink pairings. We enjoyed every minute! I have to say a food tour may be the best way to start any visit to a new city, and I can definitely say it's a great way to get to know your own city better!

TA Readers: This review is from one of two ladies that, for their shared birthdays always do something fun. This year was a "Food Tour"! And, Yahoo!...They had a blast! My foodie adventure is lots of food...some booze mixed in....sharing stories that are (mostly) true...all while making sure that everyone is having a terrific experience. ***Huge Travel Tip*** As Birthday Girl says, "A food tour may be the best way to start any visit to a new city..." Food Tours are designed to educate you, the traveler, to what's up with all the dining options. What a fabulous way to get travel-smart quickly! Spend 3+ hours with a local who wants you to truly enjoy their city. Birthday Girl, Thanks for sharing with my TA readers! My best (to you both!) John

Hey AE! Thanks for the review...but I'm actually not so fearless. Snakes! No snakes! Never! But...as there are no snakes on my Tour...just lots of food and lots of fun...a Peachtree Food Tour is indeed "...a fun way to celebrate..." whether it be a birthday, or anniversary, or holiday outing, or you're just plain visiting our beautiful city, Atlanta!, ....or how about giving a Food Tour as a gift??!! Now we're talking! I expect to see the two of you soon...dragging along a bunch of your friends....doing your own tour of my Midtown neighborhood!! My best! John

We had such a great day on John's Midtown Food tour. Delicious food, yummy adult beverages, dear friends, and a fabulous tour guide. Didn't even matter that it rained all day.

My guests are always right! But...Larry...I prefer to think that it "drizzled" all day! :) Ha! And it was not drizzling inside the restaurants!! My Food Tour goes rain or shine so, in the "drizzle", the four of us headed off for some foodie fun. Thank you, Larry, for sharing with my TA readers that it "didn't even matter that it rained all day." Yep! Food. Drinks. Friends. It didn't even matter that everyone had an umbrella!! And...I do remember hearing a lot of out-loud grins!! I see more food tours in your future!! My best! John
