This was our first food tour and went with some friends who said it should be a lot of fun. They were right! Our tour guide(John) was very engaging and fun to be with. He knew lots of the history of the area, as well as the restaurants. The eating experiences in each of the restaurants he chose was wonderful. My husband and I had not one complaint. We thought it was well organized and a fun experience.

Thank you, MaryLee! "Well organized and fun..." makes for a terrific food tour! A huge number of my guests have NEVER been on anything like my little foodie adventure (just like MaryLee and her husband)...but I am positive Peachtree Food Tours will not be their last! Get travel-smart while strolling...and eating...and sipping...and laughing!! The history of Atlanta and particularly my Midtown neighborhood is like a bonus as the streets take on more meaning...to include what the future holds for my wonderful piece of restaurant heaven!! My best to you both! John

A friend and I went on John's tour on a misty day in May and enjoyed the food so much that we weren't bothered by the weather! In making the food and beverage selections, John focuses on providing a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience. In other words, while his tour may be slightly pricier than the alternatives, the restaurants are excellent and the food, worth returning for later with friends and family.

"Good Value" Yep! I agree! Thank you, Also! My foodie adventure is certainly not the least expensive in town...and sometimes it actually rains!! You two were great troopers and we headed off down Peachtree Street... and then the food and fun kicked in!! What weather??? When I send out my "Thank You" to everyone for purchasing tickets, I always include an attachment that is loaded with suggestions and recommendations for dining and fun in Atlanta...something that my sweet Jeri and I put together as a local's perspective can often be helpful. But...I may not need to send recommendations because many of my guests, as did Ms. Also, end up coming back to one or two of my restaurants on my tour...and have a delightful dining experience. Atlanta is a big city! Lots of choices! My suggestion? Take a Food Tour! Thank you, Dear!! My Best! John

My husband and I took the tour yesterday and had a great time. This was our first visit to Atlanta, and John gave us a little history of Midtown, and took us to 5 places that had wonderful food. Part of the fun was not knowing where or what we'd be eating. He knows his neighborhood and provided tips for our visit to Savannah. It was a great tour!

Thank you, Lorraine! Here's hoping that for every "first visit" as you travel that you two will be taking a food tour! Get travel-smart quickly! I talk about "not knowing where...or what.." at the beginning of each tour because I feel that the mystery is half the fun! When you know what taste or drink is coming up, most folks start forming expectations...and there is no "surprise" in that!! It's how my favorite food tours around the world unfold, all the while I'm sayng, "Wow! That was fantastic! I wonder what possibly could be next??!!" Here's hoping that my suggestions/recommendations make for a delightful stay in Savannah! I am always more than happy to help with travel tips!! My best to you both! John
