Great guide! Highly recommend for all ages; only a few rapids but beautiful way to see the canyon; recommend water guns if you g children

The red cliffs against the river made for a beautiful trip. Gavin was very knowledgeable on the area, wildlife, and geology. He also had a fun sense of humor. The water is currently lower than normal which meant milder rapids, but we still had a great time and enjoyed the trip.

We had an excellent time. We are a family of 10, for adults, six kids ages ranging 6 to 16. Many of us had raft it before, some had not. Check in experience was easy. In addition to water, snacks, and sunscreen, you might consider waterproof cameras or phones with a leash or strap so you don’t lose it, as well straps for any sunglasses. Also, we ended up renting some water squirter’s, but I’m pretty sure you could bring your own. Water height and flow was a little slow because of limited snowmelt in spring, but the adventure was fine and the scenery was beautiful. So many elements of nature and natural formations. Our guide was Kima, but all the guides seem to be fun, interactive, and played off each other without denigrating the clients at anytime. No issues whatsoever making the reservation, getting it changed, or for support prior to the trip. Signing in your online waivers will save you time. The trip had us wanting more, I think we could’ve easily done a full day trip.
