This tour includes Slick Rock, Hells Gate, Mickeys Hot Tub, Car Wash Hot Tub, Escalator, Cowboy Hill, Really Steep Hill, and the Colorado River Overlook! These are named obstacles (difficult rated) parts of the trail that no other company in Moab will offer you - not even with a rental.

What To Expect

Hell's Revenge

This is not a comparable tour to any of the Jeep or Hummer Tours. This trip is about going to do all of the things that they aren't doing. We go further, and cover more ground in the same amount of time. This trip includes all obstacles on the trail that you won'e even see with someone else. These obstacles are "Mickeys Hot Tub" "Car Wash Hot Tub" "Hells Gate" and "Escalator". All ages are welcome - proper safety equipment and professional drivers are provided.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I booked a 3-hr tour with Extreme 4X4 Tours for Thanksgiving morning. My two 20-yr old sons and I were visiting Moab for the first time and I wanted something new, fun, and exciting for us to try. Dave did not disappoint. I knew we were in for a treat when we met his son and wife at the shop before beginning our tour - this truly is a family run business. We were the only 3 people for the tour that day and Dave delivered in a big way with his zupped up open go-cart (a far cry from my Honda Fit that can hardly handle a speed bump). This machine was amazing and Dave's driving even better - he made viewing cactus, man-made water falls and mountains fun and exciting and from all different angles as we sat upright, flat on our backs, and at angles to make the mountains look crooked when viewing through the windshield. We did all the promised obstacles and more than once for some - going both up and down the amazing sandstone slopes. It was a thrilling adventure whether racing through the sand or going up and down the stone ravines at unbelievable angles. If you are not faint of heart, appreciate the outdoors, and extreme sports - this is the tour for you.

This is our first trip to Moab and first experience on Hell's Revenge.We had booked in advance and were looking forward to the trip with anticipation. Matt did not disappoint with his expert driving and knowledge of his truck. He always took the hard line and the truck performed flawlessly. Matt was able to tell me all about his truck from the engine, doubler transfer case to the corporate 14 bolt rear axle. I was so pumped after our morning excursion that I couldn't sleep that night. If you go to Moab this tour is a MUST.
