This tour includes Slick Rock, Hells Gate, Mickeys Hot Tub, Car Wash Hot Tub, Escalator, Cowboy Hill, Really Steep Hill, and the Colorado River Overlook! These are named obstacles (difficult rated) parts of the trail that no other company in Moab will offer you - not even with a rental.

What To Expect

Hell's Revenge

This is not a comparable tour to any of the Jeep or Hummer Tours. This trip is about going to do all of the things that they aren't doing. We go further, and cover more ground in the same amount of time. This trip includes all obstacles on the trail that you won'e even see with someone else. These obstacles are "Mickeys Hot Tub" "Car Wash Hot Tub" "Hells Gate" and "Escalator". All ages are welcome - proper safety equipment and professional drivers are provided.

If you are looking to have the BEST time in Moab then book the Xtreme 3 Hour experience. You won't be disappointed! My husband and I had the thrill of a lifetime crawling slick rock walls, spinning out in the sand dunes and enjoying breathtaking views high above the Colorado river. We felt especially honored to have Dave as our driver. Having a professional at the wheel (who also happens to be the owner) with 12 years experience driving this particular trail, we felt safe and well secured in his awesome custom built rock climbing vehicle. Dave knows every inch of the trail, every flower blooming and every lost penny and dime left behind on the slick rocks. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. He even did a little trail maintenance and pointed out areas that have benefitted from his care taking. Many visitors from all over the country drive the trails, but many don't appreciate or even realize that folks like Dave and Xtreme 4x4 help preserve the park for the future. Dave gave us a recommendation as we were leaving Moab that day, to see the local Petroglyphs and to drive the Highway 128 scenic roadway along the river. Wow! Thanks for that. So glad we did. We definitely recommend this adventure and encourage you to make a visit and take a ride with Dave and his crew at Xtreme 4x4! You'll be THRILLED you did!

Watch the video on you tube. We did all of the extreme trails. Our guide, Craig was excellent. Safety was his first priority and on the tour he made sure we did all the difficult climbs. Craig was also very informative about the trail and plant life. He also took the time to take pictures of our group. Thank you for a very nice excursion.
