Wonderful staff, I’d recommend to look and read carefully to the departure instructions so you don’t get lost, screen shot all in case the we site crashes. I personally I had a hard time getting use to the water and being in open waters made me really anxious, I’m a good swimmer but I just don’t know what happened, however the deck girl oh gosh she was so nice even when I was being a baby LOL I highly recommend them the captain and the staff were awesome ! Mh family felt safe and we were all satisfied

Instructions on where to meet at dock never came, we walked back and forth and never seen the departure area and ultimately was left behind after arrive 1.5 hour early. No one reached out to contact us.

This experience was so awful We got there 40min before departure I call and call the number that was given no answer then when he did call back he was so rude and told my group of four and also another group that we could catch a boat out to where he was going (which we had know idea how to do) he had already pull off 2mins prior I tried to explain to him we had been out there for while which was why I had been calling (6to8x)for the last hour but he still wanted to argue a get smart and I told him hopefully if this happens to anyone else I pray he handles it differently because we didn’t deserve to get talked to the way we did and I hate we missed out on this experience but now I know not to NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN
