The captain and crew were great. We had a small group which I think made the experience so much better!

They cancelled the tour because of the coastguard which is fine and not their fault. However, they said the coastguard couldn’t inspect their boat on Friday. Our excursion was on Sunday and they told us this information later in the day on Saturday...I’m frustrated because they could’ve let us know sooner but they didn’t. They asked if we wanted to reschedule for a different day but our other days in Hawaii were already planned. We had to find something else at the last minute and everything was pretty much booked up.

Had such a great experience. Was able to see many turtles. Staff would point out everytime there was a turtle near us. The time given was more than enough, didn’t feel rushed. Plus staff would make you feel safe the whole time.
