It was a very nice boat, better than what I expected, but that was pretty much it. They are a few things that they could have done, or explain better. 1- Many people where beginner and the crew did not say a thing about what or how to do snorkeling. 2- They provided a waist vest, which was good for men, but not working for women and kids. Bring your own life vest. 3- They should have counted number of people in the boat before they leave. 4- There were not much to see. Another boat came close to the area and fed the fish. Fish went toward that boat and there was not much to see. 5- Definitely not for beginners and first time snorkelers.

Staff is top notch and very attentive to your needs. They spent extra time with members of our group that were not strong swimmers to ensure they took them out to see the turtles. Great boat for kids. There is a nice wide stairway down into the water.

My first time snorkeling, it was such a great experience. The crew was funny and absolutely amazing. They made everything 10 times better. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Saw quite a few turtles and even a white tip shark.
