Monterey Coastline Self-Guided Electric Bike Tour

Overview

Enjoy the sights, sounds and fragrances of an E-Bike tour of the Monterey coastline. Each E-Bike has it's own cell phone holder and the tour begins on your cell phone, download our App and follow the mapped line through the blue pins. Those pins trigger the audio portions of the tour where the narrator tells you more about where you are. The Scenic Tour is the most popular but if you have an interest in history, we also have the Historic tour, also included in the rentals.

Among 17 points of interest, Historic Cannery Row is where this adventure begins. This street was once the site of many Sardine Canning companies and obtained its name in honor of John Steinbeck and his novel "Cannery Row".

Pacific Grove Oceanview Boulevard

The Great Tide Pools - At the very tip of the peninsula lies these waters where small fish dart about, crabs, snails, and sea slugs can be seen all about. Crespi Pond - a small pond at the edge of the golf course and across the street from the ocean, a place where a great variety of birds can be spotted at various times of the year. Turn-outs - all along Oceanview Blvd riders can pull off the side of the road and enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean.

Asilomar State Beach

A craftsman style conference center designed by architect Julia Morgan, famed designer of Hearst Castle just south of Big Sur. There are a total of 17 sites along the Scenic Tour

An excellent overall experience with a great brief from the guys at Two Wheels tours. Both explaining how the bikes worked and helping to download the app for the day. Only down side was that we needed more time
