What To Expect
1
Larkin House
Larkin House, built in the 1830s by Thomas Larkin, is one of Monterey’s oldest and most haunted landmarks. The spirit of Larkin’s wife is said to roam the halls, with visitors reporting cold spots and the sound of footsteps when no one is around. The house’s history as a social hub during California’s early days seems to have left a few guests behind.
2
The Monterey Hotel Spa
The Monterey Hotel, a historic boutique hotel, is known for its ghostly residents. Guests have reported strange occurrences, including the sound of footsteps in empty hallways and the sensation of being watched. The hotel’s Victorian charm is accompanied by eerie encounters that leave a lasting impression.

Will revise my review if organization reaches out. I reached out previous to our tour date advising we would not be able to attend because my husband became I’ll and we had to return home. I know there are no refunds; however, it stays you can postpone to a later date. The day following what would have been our tour date they asked for a review. I have yet to receive a reaching out email from the company.

Our guide Luke was humorous, but you could tell he also did the research to make sure the historical facts and other information were correct.
