Mixed information online. Everything is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I didn’t go inside, visit on a weekday if you plan to go.

It's because of the virus that things are closed, we are good but even we can't stop a worldwide pandemic. We supply the tour, we have nothing to do with the museums. I hope you enjoyed the information we supplied. We will change the information on our site to show when places are closed. I hope you enjoyed the audio? Maybe you could review what we sold you and not what is completely out of our control, thank you.

We could not get the app to take us to the correct map. I wrote to get help with it and was never helped. Unfortunately, we were never able to use the guided tour.

I answered this call and explained how it all worked. I checked our data and it seems you did log in and you did manage to use the map. You sent 4 hours looking at the excellent stories and history of this wonderful city. We are historically a theatre company, we haven't worked all year in our normal jobs. We live by our reviews, that's why we worked so hard on the content of this self guided tour. This webApp is all we have between us and the wolf behind the door. Please, next time read the description of what you're buying and then treat the supplier accordingly.

It states quite clearly that this is a self guided tour using your mobile phone. We can't be held responsible for your mobile phone company's lack of coverage. But I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't get the ghost stories you wanted. Please email me and I'll give you a free tour in another city of your choice.
