This was a full day tour with Ben as our guide. Ben was great! He was kind, careing of our comfort and safety, and knowledgable of the sights and history we encountered along the way. Then, there is the scenery which is the real star of the tour. We had perfect weather for great views the entire day. From Red Rocks, to a lovely lunch in Idaho Springs, to the spectacular sumit of Mt Evans, to the peaceful, breathtakingly beautiful and serene Sumit Lake, it was a day I will remember for a long time!

My guide was Ben. A very friendly soft spoken and accommodative young man. I had altitude problem and almost wanted to bail out just 5 mins before the submit. But he helped calm me and my fellow tour mates encouraged me too. Grateful for that. The summit of Mt Evans was breathtaking. So was Lake summit. Highly recommended if you have a day to spare in Denver.

Ben was a great guide, very well informed, kind, courteous and an excellent driver. We were able see mt evans despite a hailstorm and he took the group safely up and back down. But,the tour packs too much and does not leave sufficient time for any attraction, including mt evans itself. They leave really late,10 45,which is way past the time for similar tours(we took 2 other tours). The stops at the two lakes were barely enough for a few photoshoots(at echo lake it wasn't even that,we stopped at the gift shop and it is a good half mile hike from there on a busy highway, not doable). We didn't have any stop at clearwater canyon despite the itinerary saying so.Perhaps this should be just a mt evans tour with 2 hours up there. Not all of this. Not disappointed but could have been much better.
