So first of all the driver was very late. They stress on you that you have to be out on time but they won’t show up on time or even apologize when arriving much later. After that the driver took us to a grocery store where it was hard to buy any food we could eat and not have to cook so we had no breakfast and only had a chance to eat lunch like at 1 or 2pm. You would think the driver would have stopped at a place where you could buy a decent meal, not just chips and junk food from the grocery store. A stop at a Chic’Fil’A would have been nice, even McDonalds! The lunch spot at the mountain was very limited so maybe they could have told us that ahead of time as well so we could have planned a little better. Also, some people were annoyed at how much the driver talked, I wasn’t particularly bothered by it, he was nice. But I am guessing he was only being nice because he wanted a tip, and boy did he mention that a bunch of times and pressured everyone into giving him $20 a head! He seemed very desperate and it was very embarrassing. Oh well. Go to this trip if you want to starve or survive on chips all day.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain parts of the tour didn’t meet your expectations. Punctuality is very important to us, though unfortunately, traffic delays and unplanned situations from earlier pickups can sometimes cause delays. We apologize if this impacted your experience, and we’ll review this to ensure better consistency. Regarding the food options, we do provide detailed information about what the meal options will be on our website and any third-party booking platforms such as TripAdvisor or Expedia. We want our guests to be prepared accordingly. The stop at the full-service grocery store offers fresh deli items, premade sandwiches, and salads, as well as many other snack items. There is also a coffee stand that serves breakfast items. Just about anything you need can be found there. As for the guide’s approach to tips, it’s certainly not our intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable. This is the first time hearing of this with your guide as we have only gotten compliments on his performance. We’ll address this feedback to ensure gratuities are mentioned in a considerate manner. Thank you again for your comments, which help us improve our tours. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our office.

We have come to know it’s a rainy day and so requested the viator to a different date but the operator was so adamant that they cannot make change and the tour goes whether its rain or shine. Paid ~$400 for nothing and didn’t see any memorable place that I can take back. I understand the rules but there is another angle - “customer satisfaction”. I wouldn’t go again nor recommend it.

Should a guest notice ahead of time that their particular tour dates weather forecast is not the best and they contact us more than 24 hours prior we do accommodate them to either reschedule for another day or be issued a refund. Unfortunately if you make this connection with us less than 24 hours out then yes, policy and guidelines remain as listed upon booking with us. We try to make it very clear at the time of reserving our tour that during the winter months the tour will run rain or shine and there are no refunds should you attend a day that does not have the best weather. We appreciate your feedback and you touring with us. You are welcome to reach out to our office should you want to discuss your situation further.

Our tour guide, James, was nothing short of amazing! He went the extra mile to make sure we captured all the most stunning photo spots. Every moment felt like a scene out of a postcard, and his infectious enthusiasm truly made the adventure unforgettable! Plus, he guided us on how to rock our snowshoes and master those hiking poles like pros!
