It is recommended to dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes (hiking shoes preferred, in winter boots are best). In Nov – Jun, please dress for snowy conditions

The seasons, weather, and elevation partially determine what you’ll see on your tour. During the weekdays, mid October-April, there are limited food services available in the National Park. Customers will have an opportunity to purchase food en route. Also, the Henry M Jackson Visitor Center located at Paradise, has limited hours during these months. On weekdays when the Visitor Center is closed, our tour will still visit Paradise if road conditions allow. No refunds will be offered unless the park is closed

Loved this day trip! Lucas was our guide and he arrived promptly at the designated place and time. He was thoughtful, kind, and easy to speak with. Lucas was very knowledgeable about the area and provided detailed information about landmarks. We were fortunate enough to have clear skies and were able to snow shoe all the way to glacial vista - it was an amazing view! We had such a wonderful day and highly recommend this day trip!

Mist came up, but feelings was fantastical anyway. Mist in the hills is a common phenomenon but I had it for the first time. I've been to this place several times, every time is different, but always beautiful!

Everything about our day trip to Mt. Rainier was wonderful. Easy booking, convenient pick up at our hotel, comfortable transportation, and plentiful snacks, food, and beverages...ALL part of the package. Our guide for the day, Sean, was fantastic. He was friendly, encouraging, and a very safe driver. He was so knowledgable about National Park details and I found his information both interesting and educational. Sean helped us to experience Mt.Rainier in the snow-something we would never do on our own. It was a wonderful time making memories and I will definitely book another trip with Evergreen. Thanks again to Sean-tour guide extraordinaire!
