Make the most of your limited time in San Francisco with a 5-hour tour of the North Bay’s Best! Spend an hour and a half in the cathedral-like serenity of Muir Woods National Monument. Enjoy a tour of the bayside town of Sausalito with 45 minutes of free time to explore on foot. You can choose to head back to the city on our mini-coach, or opt for a ferry ride across the bay with views of the San Francisco skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island!

Enjoy a tour of the bayside town of Sausalito with 45 minutes of free time to explore on foot. You can choose to head back to the city on our mini-coach, or opt for a ferry ride across the bay with views of the San Francisco skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island! Sample Itinerary: • 7:15am or 1:30pm (depending on date and tour choice): Pick up from Hilton Union Square hotel. • Drive across the Golden Gate Bridge, and stop at a viewpoint for that perfect photo (weather permitting). • Arrive at Muir Woods National Monument, where you will have 90 minutes to walk the trails and check out the cafe and gift shop. • Back in the vehicle, you’ll wind your way down into Sausalito. You’ll have 45 minutes to explore, or you may choose to take a ferry back across the bay and stay longer up north. • Approx 4-5 hours later: Hop back on the mini-coach, if you’re taking the mini-coach back across the bridge. You’ll be dropped back off at the Hilton.

An utterly breathtaking ride across the Golden Gate Bridge with a wonderful tour guide, Lawton who was very knowledgeable and a lovely guide. We enjoyed a sightseeing stop on the other side of the bridge where we were able to buy food from a selection if vendors at the lookout. I recommend the fresh mango slices with tahine(?) sprinkled over it. Delicious and refreshing. Blue skies and no fog made for excellent views of the arches of the Golden Gate Bridge so it was awesome to be able to video the drive across... We reached Muir Woods and those beautiful ancient trees were a sight to behold. Just beautiful with well boarded walkways to protect their sensitive root systems. Beautiful place. A must experience! Next stop, Sausalito where I caught the ferry back... beautiful coastal settlement with an interesting history which Lawton gave us a brief overview on. Ferry was well worth the $14 fare and we landed at Pier 41 after taking in the sights from the outdoor deck of the ferry. Another highly recommended. I cannot thank Lawton and the admin team enough for the amazing effort put into getting my sweatshirt back to me which I jet-laggedly (is that even a word?🤣🙄) on the bus. Thank you so much team. You're awesome. Highly recommend your tour if you're short on time but want to experience something memorable.
