Unique experience. A little nervous about the horse going right by the edge to begin with, but get used to it after a little bit. Pretty sunset view in the afternoon on horseback.

Our guide picked the perfect horses for us and made great conversation throughout the trip! We booked the 9am time slot and were the only ones on the ride which was great. The views were INCREDIBLE!

We picked the perfect day for this adventure! The weather was absolutely pristine. From the trails that weaved around the mountains, you could see all the way to Catalina Island. There were plenty of horses to choose from, but the guides pretty much chose a horse for you. Singer, my horse, was pretty headstrong and self-righteous, while my friend's horse, Doc, was calm and steady. The ride lasted for an hour which felt like just the right amount of time for a relaxing ride into the Hollywood Hills. Our guides were Will and Zack who were very friendly to talk to and helpful to others in the group who were having problems keeping up with us. You can tip in cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. The guides here are very welcoming and they live on the ranch so I highly recommend tipping them at least $20 a rider. We enjoyed how organized Sunset Ranch operated their rides and the horses looked healthy and well cared for. This was a great way to spend a weekend morning!
