It looks like the establishment was falling apart. The paint was discolored and chipping, the seats coming apart at the seams, many of their interactive items were worn out or plain broken. The place was dirty. The icecream was good and the actual rooms were very pretty but the quality of everything threw me off.

I wanted to thank MOIC for how helpful they were to me. I lost my phone in their sprinkler pit. The person in charge announced it to everyone in the pit and told them - 'if you find the phone, you'll get a milkshake on me", leaving everyone looking for it for the next few minutes. Ultimately we couldn't locate it then so I left my contact details with their desk. A week later, they called me and informed me that they found it. Not just that - they packaged and couriered it to me from NYC to SF bay area for free. They were constantly responsive and helped me track my package. This was amazing. I was floored by their gesture and responsiveness to be honest - hence my 5 star review. As to the place itself - My 3 year old had a lot of fun here. We could take our time and pace through rooms one by one. We probably spent a 3 full hours across rooms with surprise doors, dance floor, hanging bananas, letter boards, play zones - there are a number of things to do - not to mention the free ice creams and popsicles to overwhelm you. Everyone here is having a lot of fun. I was very glad to have gone here with my little girl.

This was disappointing. Very little ice cream was involved. This was mostly different play areas. You got a small vanilla or strawberry soft serve. Another room you could choose between two flavors. Another room had a pineapple frozen treat that was very good. My 11 year old grandson tried to have a good time and make the best of it but unless you have young children I would skip this.
