Fun, interactive, and so delicious! Loved the three ice cream stops and interesting exhibits! It is overpriced, but at least you get free ice cream.

This is not a museum of any kind! At best it’s a children’s play area. They use queues as a marketing tool, telling people to arrive early and then keeping them queuing on the pavement as a means to attract attention and more punters. Inside more queues for no apparent reason, the first one directed by a male member of staff who asked all customers for their place of origin for no logical reason, apparently for his own amusement and to crack his own brand of jokes. There is no museum, no attempt to explain the history of ice cream or how is it made, customers are given four tiny pots with sorbets or vanilla ice cream without any explanation. There are just coloured rooms, some with soft play games. Appalling!

This place was fun for my daughter, she's 11 and she thought it was beautiful. But the price is CRAZY and definitely NOT worth it, I would never go again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else either. Most of the rooms you walk through are just colorful rooms, nothing special. The pool at the end with the sprinkle was great and also the slide was fun. But the price and the free ice cream they offer?!? 5 different ice creams and sorbets, that was it, and not even scoops just small tests. They did not offer any "normal" ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, nougat etc.) so we only tasted the first ice cream offer (the rest were too weird sorbets), and in the end we had to pay additional almost $9 for chocolate ice cream. Seriously, you don't even give a kid an ice cream with the extremely high entrance price, when you promise "all the ice cream one can eat" but then only offered non-child-friendly ice cream during the whole tour... great. Giving the kid one scoop of regular ice cream had been a nice touch and something you could consider in the future. I felt like it was a rip-off when I had already paid $100 for the entrance and then still had to pay for two scoops of ice cream to the kid, because they didn't think of offering normal ice cream as well.
