Please proceed to our front entrance and have your tickets ready via mobile device. One of our guides will scan your ticket upon arrival. Once your tickets are scanned, our guides will relay some instructions and ground rules to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

It was so much fun here! I went with my sister today, and we had a great time. The ice cream and was great, the associates were very nice, cool, and engaging, and it wasn’t crowded or anything. It was an experience that I think was worth the money.

Really poor experience with the rescheduling of tickets - they sent me a link but the link didn’t work. They also changed the validity of the tickets from initially given as June 2022 to March 2022 without any explanation. Very poor experience and a terrible “moment of truth”.

This was a horrible experience. Disgusting. They do not check Covid vaccination cards like they are supposed to. They pack in as many people as possible. You can not move. It is unhealthy, nasty experience. We were so grossed out by the experience that we left through the emergency exit 10 minutes after entering. DO NOT VISIT UNLESS YOU WANT COVID.
