We were really looking forward to this, but wound up being disappointed. We had a reservation, however when we arrived there was a long line of people waiting to get in. When we got in it was Chaos and the rooms were just a mess. Broken snowmen, trees falling down, garbage on floors etc. There was no staff directing or helping people. The amount of people in each room was overwhelming. We were surprised that there was no history of ice cream or anything explaining how to make it etc. We did get try about 5 different ice creams. But nothing really different or unusual. One station had chocolate and vanilla. The kids did enjoy some of the rooms and taking pictures. The loved the banana room, swinging on the swings, sprinkle room and slide. But honestly for the money it was not worth it. They explained to us they were short staffed but the condition of the exhibits were just disgusting and not acceptable. We suggest spending your money some place else

Overhyped. You don’t do any thing except eat treats which are subpar. Over priced for crap. Do you yourself a favor and go to color factory for a more intuitive experience!

Total rip off. Not a museum. Basically you get 4 to 5 rooms where adults take creepy selfies. Then there are 3 rooms where you can have ice cream. Nothing about history or the making of ice cream. Description says 1.5 to 2 hrs experience, 45 mins of that is waiting in line to go down a slide to get out. The room you wait in is full of xmas trees, the xmas don't even have lights. Employees were super friendly (5 out of 5 stars). SPend you time and money elsewhere in NYC. Can't imagine little kids having any fun in here. STOMP tickets are the same price - go so that instead.
