Our experience here was horrible. We had bought tickets two weeks ago through the museum’s website. When we got there, the employees would not let us in- first claiming that there had been a “misscommunication” with a third party ticketing company that sold the tickets for that time despite the fact that they were not open for the public At that time (10:30 am). When I showed her that I had purchased the tickets through their website, they then told us that the musuem had been closed for a private birthday party. While they claimed emails Had been sent to notify the “misscommunication”, I never received such an email, and other customers arrived for their ticketed time and were also turned away. They finally admitted this had affected 140 customers. The manager would not provide a real name, and only identified herself a “Gingerbread”. They did not offer a refund, but rather gave us and email address to reach out to. I’m yet to hear back from them. It was a horrible experience and everyone should be wary of puechasing tickets in advance. They clearly have no trouble leaving paying customers hanging. Horrible customer service, to say the least.

Definition of museum - a building which objects of historical, scientific, artistic or cultural interest are stored and exhibited. This is NOT this museum. That I saw, there was only one wall of facts. I was so disappointed as I thought it would be great for my 5 year old granddaughter, but it wasn't. I am not that old (60) nor is my daughter (36) but we were truly shocked at the self absorbed 'selfie' society that we now find ourselves in. We found ourselves queuing for each area, just waiting for people to take photos. It's obviously a place for adults not children, my mistake obviously. And for 2 adults and 1 child RIDICULOUSLY expensive - over $110

1- Have more choices of ice cream to choose from 2Each station only had two choices but if you wanted to buy ice cream they were at least six choices. 3 for the price of admission all those flavors should be free as well. 4-normally you learn some thing when you go to a museum. How about a short history of where ice cream comes from.5-also how about showing how ice cream is made.6-should have discount tickets for seniors veterans and first responders. In conclusion the way the museum is currently set up it is not worth the price of admission
