Please proceed to our front entrance and have your tickets ready via mobile device. One of our guides will scan your ticket upon arrival. Once your tickets are scanned, our guides will relay some instructions and ground rules to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

Lots of fun and lots of good ice cream. I was worried it would be not enough ice cream or actual information but it was a perfect interactive experience and every flavor was new and enjoyable! The staff there is amazing as well!

Very unpleasant visit. Took a road trip to attend to the Museum of Ice Cream 5 hrs just to get there. While purchasing the tickets it indicated COVID-19 safety standards to be follow. Such as wear mask at all time, wash your hands. Not very specific on providing vaccination card at the entrance. If anything was more specific on arrive 10 min early if not you would loose your spot and tickets won’t be refunded ( after my incident you can arrive late they very sprinkling sweet at trying to exchange the slot time or date). They very strict on refunds as the museum would quickly guide you to an email because it’s a third party where you purchase from on the site. They can’t refund you or try to explain why. They would say email the third party. Still upset about their refund policy and how the website it not informative about vaccination card upon arrival.

Creative place with installations about ice creams, gifted different tastes of ice cream a few times, lot of activities for kids. Nice staff.
