Please proceed to our front entrance and have your tickets ready via mobile device. One of our guides will scan your ticket upon arrival. Once your tickets are scanned, our guides will relay some instructions and ground rules to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

Definitely not worth for the money! A 15-20 USD charge the most would be reasonable but 40+ is ridiculous.

We went with a NY Pass - I would not pay actual money for admission, but my teen daughter was happy with the insta pics she got. The rest of us could take or leave it. Note that although there are signs everywhere stating that masks are required (except when eating), it is not enforced - many people never put on a mask - and many employees were not wearing masks correctly either.

Ok listen.. I don't know what the folks who left a one star review were thinking. Did you not visit the site before you went or look at the insta posts?! Yes it's misleading (it's not a museum at all) and it's definitely built for kids and those looking for the perfect insta pic, but we enjoyed ourselves. Even my stoic husband had a good time. The lines to get in are wild and you definitely need a reservation, but it's still worth it. Ice cream in every room, ummm yes please! And you can go back for seconds?! Sign me up. It's a cute, bubble gum pink playground that if you let go and enjoy yourself (like on the slide), is a great stop to visit.
